Burkley Ann had her 1st Birthday on August 8th. We had friends over for dinner and I made her a cake. She loves this little ladybug in her room so I thought a ladybug cake would be perfect!She was very tired after hanging out with everyone outside and decided to go to bed early for the night. Needless to say she missed the candle blowing and well wishes. I had to feed the hungry monsters! She did not go without her cake. The next day we celebrated with a half eaten cake and SHE LOVED IT! That was her first time with sweets and went to town.
